Responsibility
- Design and analyze structural steel components using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro).
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of steel structures.
- Oversee the manufacturing and fabrication processes to meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct on-site inspections during installation to verify compliance with design and safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, calculations, and reports for project documentation.
- Optimize structural designs for cost-efficiency, sustainability, and durability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve structural issues during construction phases.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, international standards, and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural steel design and project management.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Tekla).
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, welding techniques, and material properties.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and international standards (e.g., AISC, Eurocode).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams and communicate effectively in English.
- PE (Professional Engineer) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
