Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in designing, testing, and implementing engineering projects.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Support the procurement and inventory management of engineering materials and equipment.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and client updates.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices in engineering operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields).
- 0-2 years of experience in an engineering or technical support role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
