We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead our high-impact projects in the region. This role offers the opportunity to oversee critical electrical infrastructure developments while working in Bali's vibrant cities, including Denpasar, Canggu, and Ubud.
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of substation projects, from planning to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibility
- Lead and manage electrical substation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with PLN regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Conduct site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project milestones.
- Prepare and present project reports, including financial and technical documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to support project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical infrastructure or substation projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with a focus on quality and safety.
- Strong knowledge of PLN regulations and electrical engineering principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
