Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with ISO, industry, and customer-specific standards.
- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) for RFID and electronic manufacturing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce defects, waste, and cycle times.
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain to integrate quality controls at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Oversee audits, inspections, and corrective actions (CAPA) to maintain certifications and resolve non-conformances.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and preventive measures using statistical tools (SPC, FMEA).
- Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) and regulatory requirements in all quality processes.
- Represent Quality in customer meetings and cross-functional projects, acting as the primary quality liaison.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-volume manufacturing (RFID/electronics preferred).
- Proven track record in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100 compliance and certification.
- Expertise in quality tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, DOE) and statistical analysis (Minitab, JMP).
- Strong knowledge of RFID/PCB assembly, testing, and reliability engineering.
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing, or CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (expat packages available for qualified candidates).
