Responsibility
- Develop and review structural designs, drawings, and specifications for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Perform structural analysis and calculations using industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD).
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress and structural integrity.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential structural risks, ensuring project feasibility and durability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural engineering, materials, and sustainable practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design and analysis, preferably in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in structural engineering software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international standards (e.g., ACI, Eurocode).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
