Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the entire palm oil mill production process, from receiving Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to the delivery of Crude Palm Oil (CPO).
- Monitor and optimize production efficiency, ensuring maximum yield and minimal downtime.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of mill machinery, including sterilizers, digesters, presses, and clarifiers.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to meet industry and company standards.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate production records, including yield data, equipment performance, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in all mill operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in palm oil mill operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of palm oil processing techniques, equipment, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Familiarity with quality control systems, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, and ISO certifications.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for shift-based or on-call duties as required.
