Responsibility
- Design and analyze structural systems for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software.
- Conduct site inspections to assess structural integrity and compliance with design plans.
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of designs.
- Perform calculations for load-bearing capacities, materials, and structural stability.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and draftsmen.
- Monitor project progress and address structural issues during construction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or similar engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and international standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- PE (Professional Engineer) certification is a plus.
