Join PT. Prasetya Agung Cahaya Utama as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of industrial machinery and equipment across Bali’s most dynamic regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Nusa Dua.
In this hands-on technical role, you will lead preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair operations to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. Your expertise in mechanical systems will directly contribute to the reliability and longevity of critical assets, supporting business continuity in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, tools, and mechanical systems to ensure operational readiness.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize equipment performance.
- Lead emergency repair operations to minimize downtime and restore functionality swiftly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade or modify equipment for improved efficiency and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and repair histories in compliance with industry standards.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices in mechanical maintenance and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO) for all mechanical operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools (e.g., vibration analyzers, thermal imaging) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance (PM) and total productive maintenance (TPM) frameworks.
- Certification in mechanical safety (e.g., OSHA 30, ISO 45001) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to read technical manuals and communicate with international teams.
