Responsibility
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on CNC machines, welding equipment, cranes, compressors, and other facility machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with production teams to address maintenance-related challenges and improve operational workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history using digital tools.
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior engineers and maintenance staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Proven expertise in maintaining CNC machines, welding equipment, cranes, and compressors.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance principles, troubleshooting techniques, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report findings.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
