Responsibility
- Oversee architectural design and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) inspections to maintain high construction standards.
- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, ensuring efficient installation and functionality.
- Implement and monitor site safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability standards in construction practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction, QAQC, MEP, or site safety roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant engineering software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
