Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans, procedures, and documentation for construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report quality issues, non-conformances, and potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
- Perform material testing and review test reports to verify compliance with project standards.
- Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in construction quality management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry, preferably in infrastructure or building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASTM, SNI).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Experience with material testing, inspection tools, and quality management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in QA/QC (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, Construction Quality Management) are a plus.
