Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and modification of 2D and 3D CAD drawings under the guidance of Senior Designers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Support the development of architectural and engineering plans, elevations, and sections.
- Review and update CAD models based on feedback from project leads and clients.
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation for all design deliverables.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute creative solutions to technical challenges.
- Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements in CAD technology.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings and internal reviews.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar CAD software.
- Basic understanding of 2D and 3D modeling principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions precisely.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing CAD projects or academic work (preferred).
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
