Responsibility
- Create detailed structural drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation based on architectural and engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Develop and revise structural plans, sections, and elevations using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
- Perform calculations and analyses to support structural design decisions, including load-bearing assessments and material specifications.
- Ensure all drawings and documents adhere to industry standards, project requirements, and client expectations.
- Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and finalize structural designs.
- Assist in site visits and inspections to verify construction progress and address any structural discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files, including digital and physical documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Structural Drafter or in a similar role within the construction or architectural industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD software; familiarity with BIM is a plus.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, building codes, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
