Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of large-scale housing and infrastructure projects in compliance with national and local regulations.
- Oversee architectural and engineering teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Develop and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for residential and public housing developments.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses to optimize project viability and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to secure approvals, permits, and funding for projects.
- Implement innovative and cost-effective construction methodologies to enhance efficiency and durability.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., P.E., RA) is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design, structural engineering, or housing development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure or residential projects from conception to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other design/engineering software.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
