Responsibility
- Create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit based on project specifications and design concepts.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and revise construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, for residential, commercial, and mixed-use property developments.
- Review and interpret design sketches, markups, and redlines to incorporate changes into final drawings.
- Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all project-related documents and drawings.
- Stay updated on the latest drafting technologies, software, and industry trends to enhance efficiency and output quality.
- Assist in site visits and surveys to gather necessary data for accurate drafting and project planning.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional drafting experience, preferably in property development or architectural firms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar drafting software; 3D modeling skills are a plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, building codes, and construction documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is highly desirable.
