As a Strategy Consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients. Your work will shape strategic decisions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency across the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end consulting projects, from problem definition to solution implementation, for healthcare and life sciences clients.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic recommendations.
- Develop and present insights to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, in a clear and compelling manner.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align global strategies with local market dynamics in APAC.
- Identify growth opportunities for clients by analyzing industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
- Design and implement performance improvement initiatives, including operational efficiency and digital transformation strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the consulting practice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of managing projects independently and delivering measurable results.
- Familiarity with APAC healthcare markets and regulatory environments is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the region.
