Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of MIESCOR’s Annual Corporate Planning Cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth business analytics to identify key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather, validate, and synthesize data for strategic planning and forecasting.
- Design and maintain financial models and dashboards to track KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and present executive reports and recommendations to senior leadership, highlighting actionable insights.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance to inform long-term business strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and planning sessions to ensure buy-in and alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate planning, business analysis, or strategic consulting.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management, with a track record of driving results.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools is advantageous.
