Responsibility
- Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the EMGS Strategic Plan 2026–2035, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and market demands.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities in the global education sector.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term business objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for strategic initiatives.
- Design and present data-driven recommendations to optimize resource allocation, operational workflows, and partnership strategies.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement with government agencies, academic institutions, and industry partners to foster collaboration and advocacy.
- Oversee the budgeting and financial forecasting for strategic projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop and maintain risk management frameworks to mitigate potential disruptions to strategic goals.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, market analysis, and business transformation within the education, public sector, or international services industry.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and managing cross-border projects.
- Familiarity with SE Asian education markets and regulatory landscapes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a contract-based role with a results-driven mindset.
