Responsibility
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks for large enterprise clients.
- Insight Development: Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and thought leadership content (e.g., whitepapers, decks, case studies) to drive customer engagement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of sales strategies, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Customer Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, delivering data-backed recommendations to solve business challenges.
- Industry Trends: Stay ahead of digital transformation trends (e.g., AI, cloud, automation) and their implications for enterprise clients.
- Cross-Regional Alignment: Work with APAC and global teams to ensure consistency in insights and strategies across markets.
- Innovation Leadership: Pilot new tools, methodologies, or frameworks to enhance the scalability and impact of insights delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in strategy, business intelligence, or sales enablement, with a focus on large enterprise customers (preferably in tech/SAAS).
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics) and statistical modeling to derive business insights.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital advertising, cloud computing, or enterprise software ecosystems.
- Leadership: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional projects to completion.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Language: Fluency in English; additional APAC languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
