Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for luxury residential properties.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client preferences in Bali’s high-end real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including expatriates, investors, and local buyers, through personalized consultations and follow-ups.
- Organize and host property viewings, open houses, and exclusive client events to showcase project features and benefits.
- Prepare and present tailored sales proposals, contracts, and financial analyses to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and digital campaigns for property listings.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales in Indonesia, ensuring compliance in all transactions.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term referrals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related field (luxury market experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages, e.g., Mandarin or Indonesian, are advantageous).
- Strong understanding of property valuation, financing options, and legal processes in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional appearance, confidence, and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel across Bali’s key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
