Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for luxury residential properties.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client preferences in Bali’s high-end real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including expatriates, investors, and local buyers, through personalized consultations and follow-ups.
  • Organize and host property viewings, open houses, and exclusive client events to showcase project features and benefits.
  • Prepare and present tailored sales proposals, contracts, and financial analyses to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and digital campaigns for property listings.
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales in Indonesia, ensuring compliance in all transactions.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term referrals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related field (luxury market experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages, e.g., Mandarin or Indonesian, are advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of property valuation, financing options, and legal processes in Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance, confidence, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to travel across Bali’s key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
