Responsibility

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural businesses to showcase the benefits of our products.
  • Organize and lead quality farmer meetings to educate clients on best practices, product usage, and industry trends.
  • Perform house-to-house detailing to engage potential customers, address their needs, and close sales.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration in assigned territories.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, competitive products, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized sales materials and campaigns tailored to Bali’s agricultural community.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the agricultural, agrochemical, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Basic knowledge of agricultural practices, crop protection, or farming equipment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to use a company-provided or personal vehicle for fieldwork.
