Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing that align with company objectives.
- Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Implement sustainable procurement practices to support the company's commitment to environmental responsibility.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices and a commitment to environmental responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
