Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and assess industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead competitive bidding processes and vendor selection initiatives.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate insightful reports for stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
