Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the power systems sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including government projects, industrial clients, and commercial partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, distributors, and industry leaders.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to tailor power system solutions to client needs.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer demands.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure high-value deals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize growth and profitability.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in strategic sales, preferably in the power systems, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2G environment.
- Strong understanding of power generation, distribution, and renewable energy technologies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
