Responsibility

  • Identify and target potential project opportunities in Bali’s construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including developers, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to project requirements.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and deliverables to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and revenue forecasts in CRM systems.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for project-based revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in construction, real estate, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and regulatory requirements is a plus.
