Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in telecom and cloud services
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with enterprise clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in telecom, cloud, or IT services
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, cloud computing, and data center solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
