Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Hotel Channel Manager solutions to hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses in Bali.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends in hotel distribution and online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our channel management software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, general managers, and revenue managers to drive long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Provide post-sales support, including onboarding, training, and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, case studies, and success stories.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in hotel technology, OTA integrations, and digital distribution strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality, SaaS, or travel technology sector.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and online distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Passion for technology and its role in transforming the hospitality industry.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
