Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the B2B sector, focusing on high-value clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies.
- Represent 1103 Studios at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
