Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the B2B sector, focusing on high-value clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies.
  • Represent 1103 Studios at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to expand brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management (1-3 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
