Responsibility

  • Promote and present Menarini’s portfolio of pharmaceutical products and medical solutions to targeted clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective territory management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and customer insights to the regional team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in pharmaceutical sales and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Business, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
