Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators in Bali.
- Promote and present Menariniâs portfolio of pharmaceutical products and medical solutions to targeted clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective territory management.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and customer insights to the regional team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in pharmaceutical sales and promotions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Business, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
- Valid driverâs license and ability to commute within the assigned territory.
- No prior sales experience required, but a passion for healthcare and a customer-centric mindset are essential.
