Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the education sector.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including schools, universities, and educational organizations, to promote our innovative learning solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, educational technologies, and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education, EdTech, or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to travel within Bali or regionally as needed for client meetings and events.
