Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new business opportunities in Bali and surrounding markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, presentations, and reports to stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, documentation, and CRM entries.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the industrial or B2B sector.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
