Responsibility
- Actively promote and sell Anytime Fitness memberships to potential clients through engaging conversations and personalized tours of the facility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct gym tours and consultations to highlight the unique features and benefits of Anytime Fitness, addressing client needs and objections.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by leveraging your interpersonal skills and knowledge of fitness trends.
- Represent the Anytime Fitness brand at local events, expos, and community gatherings to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and drive membership growth through digital and offline channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive gym experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Anytime Fitness products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate value to potential members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse groups of people.
- Passion for fitness and wellness, with a genuine desire to help others achieve their health goals.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate gym operations and client schedules.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms to support promotional efforts.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in sales, fitness, or customer service are advantageous.
