Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in Bali.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor performance, ensure product availability, and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and active outlet count.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely product deliveries and resolve any logistical issues.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and action plans.
- Represent the company at trade events, promotions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or distribution with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and existing networks with local outlets is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
