Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage sales-related administrative tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication between sales teams, clients, and other departments.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the sales team with logistics, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing sales materials.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the finance and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales administration, coordination, or similar role, preferably in the chemical, manufacturing, or related industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
