Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Australian clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with client needs and company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue growth.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve inquiries and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with the Australian market or experience working with international clients is highly advantageous.
