Responsibility

  • Identify and engage architects, interior designers, and contractors to promote our premium tile and building material solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical consultations to meet client specifications and project requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for the Bali market.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Provide post-sales support, including order tracking, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging design preferences in Bali’s construction sector.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, tiles, or construction-related products.
  • Strong network of architects, contractors, or developers in Bali is a major advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of tile specifications, installation processes, and design trends is highly desirable.
