Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali and surrounding markets to expand the company’s client base.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline progress, and market feedback to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in Bali or Southeast Asia.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, or market visits.
