Responsibility
- Manage and grow a portfolio of global key accounts in the electronics manufacturing sector
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and emerging demand trends
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Coordinate global promotional activities and marketing campaigns with regional teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners
- Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with product development teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in global sales, preferably in electronics or manufacturing
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and market trends
- Ability to travel internationally as required (up to 30%)
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
