Responsibility
- Conduct field sales activities to promote and sell Chemarome Indonesia’s fragrance products to retailers, distributors, and end consumers in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive canvassing and strategic outreach.
- Provide product demonstrations, samples, and detailed information to educate clients about fragrance features and benefits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including customer interactions, sales figures, and market insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer concerns or issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, canvassing, or direct marketing, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of Bali’s retail landscape and local market dynamics is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, Word) for reporting and data management.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Passion for fragrances and a keen sense of customer service excellence.
