Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the automotive and machinery sectors.
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value deals with B2B clients, distributors, and industrial partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, dealers, and end-users.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and after-sales support.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
- Provide product training and technical guidance to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, machinery, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Deep understanding of industrial sales processes, technical specifications, and customer pain points.
- Ability to travel frequently within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
