Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for industrial and waterproofing products.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities in the construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors to drive repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations to showcase KCC Paintsâ solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales collateral tailored to the Bali market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial coatings, waterproofing, or construction materials.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial coatings, waterproofing systems, or related products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within Bali and surrounding regions.
