Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the catering and F&B sector.
  • Identify and acquire new clients, including hotels, event planners, corporate clients, and private customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through regular follow-ups, presentations, and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create compelling proposals, menus, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in catering, F&B, hospitality, or event management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings or events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
