Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the beauty segment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to expand market reach.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with brand messaging and new product launches.
  • Resolve customer and team escalations promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a team-based environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, reporting, and CRM tools to track performance and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
