Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in medical equipment.
- Provide product training and support to clients to ensure optimal usage of medical devices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events and product launches.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with medical equipment and healthcare industry trends is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
