Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in the home appliances sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and DM Dasher.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Represent DM Dasher at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a key account management role, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
