Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, with a focus on high-growth regions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s global client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and partners overseas.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to international clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals that align with company objectives and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in international sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics, cultural nuances, and international trade practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel internationally as required to attend meetings, conferences, or client visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
