Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive adoption of AI SaaS solutions in Indonesia, with a focus on Bali and key markets.
- Identify, prospect, and engage high-potential clients, including enterprises, SMEs, and startups, to expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored AI solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to refine value propositions, sales collateral, and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to position our AI solutions effectively.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the companyâs revenue growth and market expansion.
- Provide feedback from clients to product teams to inform roadmap priorities and enhance solution offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or tech industries.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, or enterprise software solutions and their business applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and team collaborations.
