Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and expand within government and enterprise sectors in Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in public and private organizations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely contract renewals and upsell/cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or B2B sector.
  • Proven track record of managing government or enterprise accounts and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance and pipeline.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are a plus.
