Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to promote Sun Life’s bancassurance products.
- Provide expert financial advice and tailored insurance solutions to clients based on their needs and goals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for bancassurance products.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for bank staff to enhance their understanding of insurance offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in sales and advisory services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns for bancassurance products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of bancassurance products, insurance regulations, and financial planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
