Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales promoters to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to the Bali market.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in Bali.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Organize and participate in local events, trade shows, and community engagements to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
