Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales promoters to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to the Bali market.
  • Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
